Our Parts Department mission is to minimize customer equipment down-time. That is accomplished by stocking over eleven thousand line-items of parts and having developed rapid-response capabilities with our suppliers. As a result, most customer part needs are satisfied on-the-spot. But if not in stock, a needed part is ordered from suppliers on the internet and is delivered within twenty four hours.
There are several ways parts are provided for you.
- Face-to Face with our parts experts. Our professionals have information needed to provide the correct part: computerized diagrams and schematics, technical manuals, etc. This is the best way to ensure you obtain the correct part.
- Order on the Internet by using manufacturers’ web sites. Manufacturers are increasingly providing capabilities for parts look-up and ordering. Parts can be selected and ordered. You can then pick-up your parts from us or, if needed, we can ship by UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. Please see our Parts Lookup page for links to online ordering.
